Nicki is the Hospital Manager and has been working in veterinary medicine for 11 years. Her passion for animals and medicine led her to the veterinary field, where she enjoys helping pets, educating clients, and supporting her team. As a leader, Nicki believes a great clinic starts with a strong, compassionate team and strives to create a positive environment where both staff and patients can thrive.

If there's one thing everyone at the clinic knows about Nicki, it's that she has a soft spot for cats. Whether she's helping a nervous feline patient or chatting with cat owners, she's always happy to talk all things cats (and will probably show you pictures of her own if you let her!).

When she's not at the clinic, Nicki can usually be found curled up with a good book, cheering on her hockey team (Go Stars!), tending to her ever-growing collection of succulents and cacti, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her daughter. At home, she's happily outnumbered by her three feline supervisors—Jackson, Waffles, and Pancakes—who have perfected the art of reminding her who's really in charge.
